Ticketing System Configuration
Rezgo implemeted Ticket Printing System as of January, 2010. Now you can either select Voucher or Ticket to use for check-in.
To configure ticketing system, click on triangle icon next to settings tab, and then select Vouchers/Tickets.

You have 3 options to choose from.
Use the Rezgo Voucher
This is the default settings. Please see Voucher and Check-in article for more information.
Use OmniTicket Tickets
If you have OmniTicket account and want to use them to issue tickets, select this option. When you choose and click on radio button, you will see the fields. Enter information and click on Save button.
Use back-end ticket printing
If you want to print tickets when customer checks in, please select this option. Once you select to use this option, “tickets” tab will appear next to “contacts” tab on Dashboard. Under “tickets” tab, you will be able to mass check-in and ticket printing.
After you configure ticket printing system, you can print ticket individually on Booking Detail page as well as perform mass ticket printing on tickets tab. Please see articles below for more information about individual printing and mass printing.

Design Your Ticket
Here’s how to design your ticket for printing.
1) Ticket Size
Enter ticket size and you will see the box in layout window.
2) Background Image
You can add background image if you like. Click on Set a Background button and it will open pop-up window to select image. Please note that your image should be same size as ticket size that you have entered and in jpg formatted file. Once you selected image, it also will appear in layout window. Click on Remove Background button to delete image.
3) Select Fields/Label
In default settings, you will see 5 labels in layout window. You can add labels by clicking Add a Field button and select from the list. Now you have labels that you need to be printed on your ticket. You also can remove them by clicking
icon and select remove.
4) Layout
When you move your mouse on the label, your curser will change into cross shape with arrow, then you can click and drag to any places within layout window.
5) Adjust Font Size
You are able to adjust font size of each labels by clicking
icon.
Click “+” to enlarge font, and “-” to make them small. Letters in the label will change the size as you select either “+” or “-” so that you can look and confirm.
Do not forget to click Save Changes button to save your design. If you forget and move to other pages, all the modification will be lost.
Preview
Once you saved ticket design, you can preview. Click on Preview button in upper right corner of layout window.
Pop-up window will be opened automatically and tells you the progress. Once preview file is generated, you can select to open, or save file.
This is the preview of the ticket. You can adjust the font and location of the label if you need. Do not forget to save them before each preview.
Message in pop-up window will change when generating is done. Please close this window.
