Contacts

In the Contacts section you can add, edit, delete contacts, create a V card file, make a note about the contact, check associated bookings, and export contacts as CSV formatted file.

To access Contacts, click on the home tab and select the Contacts sub-tab.

In the left hand frame of the screen you will see Contact Name and Contact Type listed. To view details of a contact, click on the name on the list. You will see Contact Details screen


Contacts added in the Bookings section and contacts that are tagged to certain bookings will show a list of associated bookings on details screen.

Each booking on the list is a link to Booking Details screen. You can tag bookings in the Bookings section.

To Automatically Add Contacts:

By default, when ever a customer books with your website, their contact information will be added to your contacts. To ensure that this is happening, you can go to Settings>My Rezgo Settings>Miscellaneous Settings and ensure that you have checked the ‘Automatically Add Contacts’ box.

Use this option if you want Rezgo to add customer contact information to your contact list whenever a booking is received.
