Manage Contacts
In the Contacts section you can add, edit, delete contacts, email a contact, create a V card file, make a note to a contact, check associated bookings, and export contacts as CSV format file.
To Automatically Add Contacts:
By default, when ever a customer books with your website, their contact information will be added to your contacts. To ensure that this is happening, you can go to Settings>My Rezgo Settings>Miscellaneous Settings and ensure that you have checked the ‘Automatically Add Contacts’ box.
Add Contacts
Click the
button to add a new contact. This link is displayed on every screen in the Contacts section at all times. First Name and Email address are required fields. After entering the information, click Save Changes.
Edit, Delete Contacts
Select a contact you wish to manage on the list in the left hand frame. You will see Contact Details screen.

Add a Note to Contact, or Email Contact
To add a note or email your contact, select the contact on the list in the left hand frame. You will see Contact Details screen.
Click the
link in the upper right corner. A pop-up window will appear.
If you are adding a note to the contact, select Note from the Create as drop-down menu. Enter your note in the text area and click Submit.
If you are emailing the contact, select Email from the Create as drop-down menu. The screen will be updated as Compose Email screen.
To: - shows the email address taken from the contact information.
From: - shows the email address set as Primary Email Address in the settings section.
After entering the message in the text area, click the Submit button. Comments added to a contact will be archived on the Contact Details screen.
When a comment is note, you will see
in the archive section.
When a comment is email, you will see

To view an archived comment, click on the comment in the archive section. The comment information will be displayed in a pop-up window.
Make Vcard
Vcard file is a standard format for storing contact information including name, address, phone numbers, e-mail address, and so on. It is used for importing and exporting contacts from address books. Vcard file (.vcf) can be open by programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, and Eudora.
To make a Vcard file of a contact, click
in the upper right corner of Contact Details screen. You will be asked to Open or Save the file. Select “Save” to continue.
Export Contact List
In the Contacts section you can export a list of existing contacts to a CSV format file. The
button is located on Contacts main screen. A dialog box will open and you will be asked to Open or Save the file. Select the option to start exporting.
