Manage Messages Sent Via Contact Us

Messages sent to you via Contact Us page on your Rezgo website are stored in the Messages section. To access the Messages section, click on the home tab and select .

In the left hand frame of the screen you will see a list of existing messages.

What you see on the list are:

  • Date and Time the message was submitted
  • Name of the sender
  • Message status - Unread and Read

Click on the message in the left hand frame to view Message Details. On this screen you have the following links.

Add sender information to your address book. Clicking this link will immediately save the information in the Contacts section.

If there is a contact in the Contacts section that has the same email address as the message, clicking this link will overwrite the information in the Contacts section.

Mark read message to Unread. The message will have a icon on the list in the left hand frame.

Delete message.
