Smart Search

The smart search is a powerful search tool that will search every area of your booking account to find matches to your criteria. If a client calls you up and asks about a specific tour, you are able to search their last name, their booking number, or any other field that relates to their specific booking. This is use for a fast and specific reference.

It will search your:

• Booking / Transit Numbers
• Booking Names
• Emails
• Inventory
• Contact Names

*Please note that searching for inventory gives you only when tour name is matched. Option name won’t give you the match.
If you are unable to see the smart search widget, you must add it to your Home dashboard.

You can add widgets by clicking the ‘add a new widget’ button next to the Dash board tab. Then select smart search and click the green check box.

You will  now have smart search added to your Home dashboard.
