Add a Note to a booking & Emailing Customers

If you need to add a note for a booking, or email a customer that has booked through front-end, follow these steps. To add a note or email customer, select the booking on the list in the left hand frame of the Bookings section.

On the Booking Details screen, click the link in the upper right corner. A pop-up window will appear.
If you are adding a note to the booking, select Comment from the Create as drop-down menu. Enter your note in the text area and click Submit.

If you are emailing the customer, select Email from the Create as drop-down menu. The screen will be updated as Compose Email screen.

To: - shows the email address taken from the booking information.
From: - shows the email address set as Primary Email Address in the settings section.

After entering the message in the text area, click the Submit button. Comments added to a booking will be archived on the Booking Details screen.

If it is a comment, you will see in the archive section.
If it is a email, you will see .

To view an archived comment, click on the comment in the archive section. The comment information will be displayed in a pop-up window.
