Manage Your Booking Folder
Bookings received and entered into the system are automatically sorted into folders.
There are 5 default folders:
- Payment Received
- Payment Pending
- Canceled
- Unsorted
- Trash
Bookings with processed through a payment gateway will be placed into the Payment Received folder as well as the booking with $0.00 amount (e.g. by promo code). Bookings that are not processed live will be sorted into Pending folder.
You can move bookings to a different folders anytime. In the Bookings section, select a booking on the list in the left hand frame. You will see Booking Details screen. You can find drop-down menu In the upper right corner of the screen. Select the folder you wish to move the booking to. The screen will be updated and the booking appears under the its new folder on the list.
In the Bookings section, you can see how bookings are sorted on the list in the left hand frame. The list shows each booking’s Name of Primary Contact and Date of Booking (Tour Running Date). They appear under the folder they are in.
New Bookings will have a
and are easy to recognize.
Other ways of recognizing bookings are:
- starred bookings (manually done on Booking Details screen).
- Bookings with a Color Booking setting are highlighted in the selected color (manually done on Add or Edit Inventory Option screen.
Add More Folders
If you need more folders to organize your bookings, you can add My folders on Bookings main page.
On top page of the Bookings section, click the
button. It will unfold a text box. Enter the New folder name, then click the Create button. You will see the new folder in My Folders section. It is also displayed on the Folder’s drop-down menu on Booking Details screen.
My Folders are treated as sub-folders under Payment Pending.
Please note that Booking agent admin user cannot make new folder.
Edit My Folders
To edit your folder name, click
in the My Folders section. After editing the name, click
to save the change.
Delete My Folders
To delete your folder, click
in the My Folders section. If the folder has bookings in it, you will be asked to select a folder to which these bookings will be moved after the deletion. Click
to continue.
