Administrator User Account Settings

User settings determine who can access back-end of your Rezgo account

To change your Administrator user’s first/last name, password, and email address, click the my profile tab on the top navigational menu.

Edit your information in pop-up window and click Save button to finish. If you do not need to edit, click Save button to close the window.

To change other administrator user’s account settings, click Settings tab and select Administrators. You will see a list of administrators. Then, click on the button.

You can select access level, edit email address & name, and change password. When you want to chenge password, click “Change Password” link. Small window will be displayed. Enter new password and close window by clicking cross icon on upper right corner.
Here’s the brief explanation of access level of each of your Administrator users.

  • Site Administrator - Has maximum access to all parts of Rezgo.
  • Administrator - Has access all parts of Rezgo except the settings.
  • Product Manager - Has access to manage products and transactions.
  • Booking Manager - Has access to manage bookings.
  • Booking Agent - Can add bookings and manage their own bookings.

Click Save button to finish.
