Setting up Paymentech Orbital Gateway
If you are using the ChasePaymentech Orbital Gateway, you will need to following these instructions in order to properly configure your payment settings with Rezgo:
- Contact ChasePayment Orbital Gateway Certification support and ask them to add the following IP address to your merchant account: 64.40.114.191
- You will be issued with a merchant ID to be used for the certification process. Enter this merchant ID into the “Merchant Id” field in the gateway configuration pop-up.
- Choose the “Certification Mode” option and click the “Submit” button.
- Once your certification has been completed and your account is in production mode, you will need to enter your Product Merchant ID in the “Merchant Id” field and set your Gateway mode to “Production Mode”.
* Please note that we do not provide free support for the setup of your Paymentech merchant gateway because this requires us to contact ChasePayment on your behalf and also requires access to sensitive merchant information.
