To view and update your Rezgo subscription status, click on the by the settings tab and select Rezgo Account . You will see My Rezgo Account screen.

Account Information
You can check the status of your account and next billing date.
To stop your subscription, click button. A pop-up window will open and display a message. Please read carefully and proceed only when you fully understand your options. If you decide to continue your subscription, simply close the window.
*Note
If you have free account, you won’t see next billing date as well as “Do not renew my account” button.

Billing Address
You can change your billing address by clicking the button. A pop-up window will open and display the fields to be filled in. Click Submit button to save.

Payment Method
If you have Rezgo Pro Account, you can change your payment method or renew your credit card information such as expiry date by clicking button. A pop-up window will open and display the fields to be filled in. Click Submit button to save. This page is secured so that your credit cared information will be encrypted.
Also, if you remove your credit card information while you are subscribed to a Rezgo Pro Package, a warning message and button will be displayed. To ensure that your service is uninterrupted, please add a credit card to your account by next billing date.
*Note
Payment method section is only appeared for Rezgo Pro member. and If you use free account, “Upgrade My Account” section is appeared instead.

Current Subscription Plan /Upcoming Subscription Plan
This section shows your current subscription plan. This section is only appeared for Rezgo Pro member.
