As per the Rezgo Terms and Conditions, Rezgo fees including but not limited to Rezgo Pro subscription fees, transaction fees, and service fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Please note that your use of Rezgo implies your acceptance and agreement with the Rezgo Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with or accept the Rezgo Terms and Conditions, please do not use the software.

How do I cancel my account?

1. Cancelling Rezgo Pro Package but keep on using as Free Accout
   You can down-grade to Free Account by clicking on button located on Rezgo Account section in Settings tab. When your scbscription period ends, your account automatically reverted to Free Account.
2. Cancelling use of Rezgo
   If you decide to stop using Rezgo and remove your account (Rezgo Pro Package or Free Account), please contact us.

We also cannot refund remaining period for Rezgo Pro Account when you cancel the service or down-grade to Free Account.
