Do you want to manage all your bookings including offline sales with Rezgo, the online booking system? No problem. Rezgo can handle offline sales as well.
First off, access to your Rezgo back-end and go to “bookings” by clicking dashboard or triangle icon next to “home” tab and select “bookings”. You can see
button to click.
Once you click the button, you will see search form. You can search the tour by tour name, option name, SKU, number of available spot, booked-for date and promo code. Click “Get Inventory” button to get result.
Select the tour which you want to book for your customer from the list by clicking Option name to open up window.
Enter information and click “Book Now” button to save the booking. This item will be listed in “incomplete Bookings” section above search result. You can continue adding bookings if you have multiple of offline sales.
Once you add bookings, you need to enter customer detail and payment method. The items without those information will be listed in “Incomplete Bookings” section. Click on relevant item to open booking detail page.
To edit booking detail, click on “Edit” button in upper right corner. Once you enter information, click on “Save Changes” button and you will go back to “Add bookings” page.
When you enter all the information needed, the item will disappear. If you have missed some of the fields, the booking will remain (see above).
