To add a tour, either click on inventory icon on Home page or click triangle on Home tab and select “Inventory” from menu.

Click on the button.
Create new tour screen has 5 tabs; “Summery”, “Location”, “Schedule”, “Description” and “Media”. Fields with * are required.

Summary
Simply follow the explanation text above the fields.
Please note that if you have at least one category, you need to specify the category of the new tour, otherwise tours cannot be accessed. Enter only numbers and period (.) for price related fields.

Location
You can add Geo-tag in description page on your front-end.

Schedule
Specify the information such as pick up time and location. Simple Editor will allow you to add font decoration such as Bold, Italic and Underline, and also create list with bullets and numbers in Itinerary and Things to Bring.
In Simple Editor, any unwanted HTML tags will be stripped automatically when you copy & paste the text from website.

Description
Enter detailed description of your Tour. HTML tags are only available for Additional Info section with WYSIWYG editor. When you use Additional Info and want to add images, image data should be smaller than 400 px (width). If the width of your image data is bigger than 400 px., layout of the section could be collapsed. For table tag, maximum width will be also 400 px as well, or use percentage.

NOTE: If you are a Mac User, please use FireFox browser to use full function of the WYSIWYG Editor. Some functionality won’t work properly on Safari.

Media
With Rezgo, you can set Tour image and also upload images and videos to create gallery.

After entering all the information you need, click on Save Changes button. If you either try to close the window or tab of your browser and move to other pages without saving, all the information you’ve entered will be lost.
Once you have the tour ready, you can add options. Tour will not be displayed until options are added to it.

Edit
You can edit information anytime by clicking edit button on top right corner on Tour Details screen.
