Administrator User Account Settings
User settings determine who can access the back-end of your Rezgo account. To change your Administrator user’s first/last name, password, and email address, click the my profile tab on the top navigational menu.
Edit your information in the pop-up window and click the Save button to finish. If you do not need to edit, click Save button to close the window.
To change another administrator user’s account settings, click the Settings tab and select Administrators. You will see a list of administrators. Click the
button to edit the specific user’s settings.
You can select the access level, edit the email address & name, and change the password. If you want to change the user’s password, click the “Change Password” link. A small window will be displayed. Enter the new password and close window by clicking the cross icon on upper right corner.
Here’s the brief explanation of the access level of each of your Administrator users.
- Site Administrator – Has maximum access to all parts of Rezgo.
- Administrator – Has access all parts of Rezgo except the settings.
- Product Manager – Has access to manage products and transactions.
- Booking Manager – Has access to manage bookings.
- Booking Agent – Can add bookings and manage their own bookings.
Click the Save button to finish.
