How to disable commissions for pending bookings

By default, Rezgo calculates any commissions on bookings as soon as they’re made. It doesn’t matter if the booking’s status is pending or received. You can set commissions to only be calculated for Received bookings instead.

First, navigate to Settings in the main menu. Click System Configuration.

1. Click the Valid Bookings dropdown under Price Sheet Commission.

2. Select Received bookings only.
