How to disable gift card sales

If you don’t want customers to be able to purchase gift cards, you can disable gift card sales in your system settings.

First, go to Settings > System Configuration.

1. Click the Gift Card Purchases dropdown under Gift Card Management.

2. Select Disable on Front End.

If you’re using a custom template for your booking website, you may also want to remove any custom gift card links you’ve included in your template.

To re-enable gift card sales, you can follow the same steps above, but select Allow on Front End in the dropdown.
