How to find additional bookings for a contact

Every contact’s details page lists bookings associated with that contact. If you’re looking for a booking that is missing from that page or isnn’t showing up, you can find additional bookings by email address or phone number.

1. First, view the contact.

2. Locate Latest Bookings.

3. Click Find more bookings for…

This link will take you to a bookings search that automatically searches by the contact’s email address. If the contact doesn’t have an email address, it will search the phone number instead.
