How to create an itinerary report

To see an overview of what’s been added to your customer itineraries, you can create an Itinerary Report.

First, go to Reports in the main menu.

1. Under General Reports, click Itinerary.

2. Pick a date range by clicking the date field (1). You can choose from Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 Days or a Custom Range of dates.

3. Select whether the dates being searched are the “created on” dates or the “set” dates (2) (the date the itinerary entry is scheduled for).

4. You can filter the report by Users (3) or Service Providers (4) if needed.

5. Click Generate Report (5).

This will bring up all the itinerary entries that match your criteria. You can click a row to bring up the relevant order.

At this point you can manage the fields of your report, schedule it, print it or export it to an Excel .csv file.
