Release Notes: Rezgo 14.7

New Features:

• Expanded Payment Options: Express payment options (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and AfterPay) are now supported via the Stripe payment gateway alongside your existing Rezgo payment methods. (Note: Express payment availability varies by browser and device settings and will need to be configured in Stripe).
• Google Analytics: You can now toggle on the ability to use advanced Google Tag Manager recipes in your Account Analytics settings in Rezgo. This is an advanced analytics setup that replaces existing analytic tracking. Please refer to our guide to complete the steps required prior to enabling this feature.
• Corporate Single Sign-On (SSO) support: Administrators can now configure their corporate-level SSO directly within the new Access Settings page under system settings, allowing users to log in securely using their organization’s identity provider. We currently support PingOne and PingFederate.
• Streamlined Security Policies: Security policies have been moved from the Security Group page into the central Access Settings page for easier management.
• ActivityPay Gateway: You can now select ActivityPay as a payment gateway with the ability to perform authorization, pre-authorize, void, capture and refund transactions. For more information about the setup process, please refer to our support article.

Improvements:

• Kiosk Interface Modernization: The front-end Kiosk interface has been updated and standardized to provide a cleaner visual experience.
  • The double header (date and kiosk name) on the List page has been removed to maximize screen space.
  • Featured images now display clearly on the item Detail page instead of appearing as a blurred background element.
  • Long item overviews are now cleanly truncated to maintain a structured layout.
  • The Rezgo logo has been repositioned to appear exclusively on the primary List page for a more polished look
  • You can now change the color of your navigation and bottom bar text color in your custom theme settings.
  • Various minor improvements have been made.
• Booking Report: The booking report date column now shows the date and time.
• Reseller Booking Line Items: A new reseller setting allows inventory providers to show their own standard line items on bookings received via resellers. These line items will be displayed as having been paid to simplify accounting in some specific scenarios. If needed, this can be configured in your System settings, in the Line Items dropdown found under Reseller System.
• Desk Logging on Booking Move: The desk name is now recorded in the activity log and booking history when a user moves bookings when logged into a desk.
• Various minor improvements and bug fixes.

Updates to Note:

• Streamlined Front-End Checkout Flow: To support express checkout options, improve conversions and provide a clearer, step-by-step experience for your customers, the front-end booking flow has been updated from one that combines multiple steps per page to a streamlined multi-page process. The checkout now routes customers through specific steps: View Order → Details → Sign Waiver → Billing → Payment. Any step that does not apply to a specific order is automatically skipped.
  • Dedicated Waiver Page: Per-order waivers are no longer signed inside a pop-up modal. Customers can now complete and save signatures and initials directly on a dedicated waiver page.
  • Dedicated Billing & Add-ons Page: Steps prior to final payment (including Billing Information, Gratuity/Tips, and Gift Card Redemptions) now live on the Billing page. Remaining gift card balances are clearly displayed to customers during checkout.
  • Updated Navigation: Action buttons (such as “Continue” or “Sign Waiver”) have been moved out of the sticky sidebar to the bottom of the main page content for better mobile and long-form usability.
  • Updated Gratuity/Tip Display: For standard bookings, tip options now appear on the Billing page as long as front-end tipping is enabled in your system settings, regardless of the ultimate payment method selected. Tipping options have been removed from standalone Payment Request links.
  • Refund Protection Update: Pre-completion refund protection options have been removed from the initial payment step in the check-out flow. Post-order protection remains fully supported and continues to display on the booking Thank You page.
• Review Notification for GetYourGuide Bookings: All scheduled review request notifications are now automatically disabled for new bookings created through the GetYourGuide API. This is to comply with GetYourGuide’s policies regarding review solicitations.
