Release Notes: Rezgo 14.4

New Features:

  • Flags on Booking Calendar: A new flag system has been added to the Booking Calendar. You can now set visual flags on specific days to highlight important dates or reminders. These flags can be chosen from your device’s emojis. The flags are internal and are only visible on the calendar view.
  • Front-end Calendar Updates: To improve navigation, the front-end booking calendar now includes Month and Year dropdown selectors, allowing customers to navigate more easily.
  • Create Contact from Booking: You can now create a contact directly from an active booking. If a booking has a billing contact filled out, you can click Create Contact to generate a new contact record without leaving the booking page.

Improvements:

  • Merchandise Edit on POS Order: You can now edit merchandise details directly from the POS order/cart. By clicking Edit, you can return to the POS to modify information such as quantities or variations before finalizing the sale.
  • Booking Report Update: A new “Paid Date” selector has been added to the Date Search filter, and a corresponding “Paid Date” column is now available in the report results.
  • Settings Page Update: For easier access, the general Waiver URL is now displayed directly on the main Settings page.

Updates to Note:

  • SMS Field in Checkout: The SMS field on the front-end checkout has been moved from the Payment step (under billing) to the Booking Contact step in order to improve the guest checkout flow. It remains an optional field, and existing custom CSS for this section will continue to function.
  • Desk Access: Users can now access desks if they are granted access as a user or as part of a security group. Previously, if a security group had access to a desk, a user had to be part of that group to access the desk.
