Release Notes: Rezgo 14.5

Improvements:

  • Contact Attachments: When creating an order for a contact with attached items, you can now choose which attached items to add to the order. Please note that unpublished inventory will be listed while unpublished merchandise will not.
  • Dispatch Timeline Update: To improve the ability to review upcoming dispatch times, passed times are now automatically hidden by default. To view passed time slots, you can toggle the “Show Passed Time Slots” button. A 5-minute grace window is included so recent time slots don’t disappear too quickly.
  • Price Sheet by Current Date: A Current Date field has been added to price sheets. This allows you to make adjustments to pricing, availability, rates, or rule allowance based on the date a booking is made.
  • Price Sheet Readability: To improve readability for Price Sheets with a large number of integrations, the list of valid integrations has been reformatted.
  • POS Calendar View: If you have 50 or fewer options available, you can select the calendar toggle to view these options on the calendar view. This is an increase from the previous limit of 30 options.

Updates to note:

  • Package Promo Code Behavior Change: To prevent discounts from being stacked in unintended ways, promo code discounts no longer apply to bookings of packages. This can be changed in your System Configuration settings. Toggle Package Promo Codes to “Promo codes can change package prices.”
  • Attach Items to Contacts: The Attach Inventory and Attach Merchandise actions have moved from the Contact Add/Edit page to the Contact Detail page, where you can now also edit existing attached items. Status flags are attached to merchandise to notify you of its current status.

Other Changes:

  • Contact Attachment POS Setting: A new system setting has been added in the Point of Sale section. Attached Items allows you to choose whether users should be taken to the POS booking panel to fill out required information when adding items attached to contacts to an order.
  • Inventory and Merchandise Limits: You can now set inventory and merchandise attachment limits on a contact. Add the number of times it can be added to the “Can Be Added” field and it will automatically keep track each time the item is attached to a booking made for the contact. Note: This only limits merchandise and inventory attachments. It does not restrict the number of bookings a contact can make.
  • Contacts Security Permission: A new security permission for “Manage Attached Items” has been added under Contacts to restrict who can attach, edit, or remove these items.
  • Merchandise Booking Report: You can now view the subtotal for merchandise on the Booking Report.
  • Various bug fixes and improvements.
